Why aren't the Grab Bag soap cakes wrapped?
The grab bag soap cakes are either discontinued or clearance items. To keep costs down and pass the savings on to the customer, the floral wrapper is not included.
However, each grab bag soap will be shipped in an attractive
glassine-lined bag, ideal for storage or gift-giving.
Why does my soap have a light film on the top?
This is called soda ash and is a by product of making cold-processed lye soap. It is a normal occurrence and does effect the soap's quality or performance.
